Karma is a self-custody wallet and on-chain payments platform. We let people move seamlessly between crypto and fiat, use virtual accounts in USD and EUR, and spend with a Visa debit card issued by our banking partner – without ever handing over custody of their funds.

Our mission

The financial system shouldn't ask you to choose between control and convenience. Karma's mission is simple: give every person self-custody money that works as well as a traditional bank, in every country, on every chain.

What we build

  • Self-custody wallets – Your keys, your coins. Karma never holds or accesses your funds.
  • Virtual accounts – USD routing numbers and EUR IBANs, provided through regulated banking partners.
  • Karma Card – A Visa debit card issued by our banking partner, usable where Visa is accepted.
  • Instant FX & swaps – Move between currencies and tokens in seconds with transparent, low fees.
  • An open protocol – Karma's core rails are designed to be neutral infrastructure, stewarded by the Karma ICM Association.

How we operate

Karma Fintech LTD is a financial technology company registered in the United Kingdom. We are not a bank. Banking services are provided by regulated banking partners, card issuance is handled by licensed card issuers, and digital assets remain in wallets that you control.

The Karma Protocol – including treasury and protocol fee oversight – is stewarded by the Karma ICM Association, a non-profit under Swiss Civil Code Art. 60 ff.

What we believe

  • Self-custody by default. Custody is the first setting we get right, not the last.
  • Boring reliability. Money apps should feel like utilities. No surprises, no hidden fees, no drama.
  • Compliance is a feature. KYC, AML, and regulatory work are how we keep the product usable globally.
  • Open by design. Wherever possible we use open standards, open chains, and open data.
